Arc Additive Manufacturing System:

  • Software: Easy-to-use, parameterized software dedicated to Directed Energy Deposition (DED) processes, supporting slicing, filling, process libraries, paths, and tool parameters, with fully automated program generation.

  • Process: High-speed wire retraction at 200 Hz ensures precise droplet deposition, while allowing the molten pool to cool. This improves build quality and prevents defects such as porosity or lack of fusion, with continuous wire agitation of the molten pool.

  • Applications: Additive manufacturing with weldable wires such as aluminum alloys, copper alloys, nickel-based alloys, stainless steels, and carbon steels. Industries include aerospace, defense, heavy machinery, automotive, and mold manufacturing.
